LLQHLF is a community based charitable organization that initiates social, educational and

economic unity by servicing practical resourceful assistance to residents of low-income high crime areas,

in efforts to change the culture of such community by improving relationships, enhancing priority of peace and developing higher quality of neighborhood networking.

LLQHLF  is committed to the priority of peace, facilitating informative

environments, supporting community families, schools, and other stakeholders. We maintain theses efforts to unify and assist residents in overcoming practical social, and economic challenges presented in,low income high crime areas.
